Lettings Property Lister

OTE- £40,000 - Uncapped Commission - Company Car/Car Allowance - Career Progression

Key responsibilities of a Lettings Lister

The main purpose of the role is to win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market, while ensuring every customer is greeted in a friendly, positive, and enthusiastic manner to build rapport.

Skills and experience required

• Estate Agency experience, preferably as a Lister, Valuer, Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, or Estate Agent seeking progression
• Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
• A Full UK driving licence
