A leading company in the education sector is seeking a Web Operations Team member to lead digital delivery of their web product roadmap. This hands-on role involves coordinating teams and ensuring high-quality web services that support teachers and students, especially during critical exam periods. As part of our Web Operations Team within the Marketing & Brand department, you'll take a lead role in delivering our web product roadmap - ensuring technical improvements are aligned to customer needs, operational priorities, and our wider strategy.
You'll coordinate internal teams and third-party developers, helping to ensure our website continues to support teachers and students - particularly during the high-stakes summer exam series - with stability, clarity, and reliability.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, perfect for someone who can bring people together, solve problems in complex environments, and keep digital projects moving at pace.
