A leading company in the insurance sector is seeking a Communications & Events Coordinator to manage corporate events and support internal communications. The ideal candidate will have experience in event management, strong interpersonal skills, and a creative flair. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team focused on empowering clients and fostering an inclusive work environment.
We have the opportunity for a Communications & Events Coordinator to join our Marketing & Communications department here at Tokio Marine Kiln. You will report to Head of Marketing & Communications and will manage TMK’s company events (virtual and in-person) and corporate hospitality programme, and support internal and external communications activities.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience within corporate event management and may hold qualifications in any marketing or communications-related discipline. Experience working within the insurance/London market is preferred, as are design capabilities such as Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, InDesign. We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills, who has the ability to work using own their initiative and also has a creative flair.
