Your new company

Our client is a specialist facilities service provider delivering services across a commercial portfolio in the UK. They are hiring a Delivery Manager on a permanent basis to oversee a team responsible for maintenance services at specialist housing sites (not social housing or care homes) around London & Kent.

Your new role

You will manage all aspects of the repairs service, including out-of-hours support and subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Responsibilities include overseeing budgets, driving efficiencies, implementing business improvements, and maintaining high service standards.

You will monitor performance indicators, analyze trends, and take corrective actions to enhance service delivery. Creating reports and presenting to stakeholders will also be part of your role.

Leading a multidisciplinary team, you will foster a positive work environment, motivate and develop staff, and ensure effective management of reactive repairs and voids maintenance. Engaging transparently with customers and collaborating with stakeholders to drive improvements are key aspects.

You will undertake training to become the Responsible Person for Legionella and asbestos compliance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Relevant experience as a supervisor or manager in maintenance and repair services
• Housing association or housing maintenance experience
• Team supervisory or leadership experience
• Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential)
• Full UK driving license
