About the Role:
  • Lead and manage the customer service team, ensuring a high standard of service is delivered at all times
  • Oversee the processing of customer orders, queries, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution
  • Develop and implement customer service processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment
  • Monitor key metrics (KPIs) and report on team performance to senior management
  • Provide coaching and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive working environment
About You:
  • Previous experience in a customer service management or supervisory role, ideally within a manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Organised, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities
