Job Description

Job Title: Sales Operations Manager

Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid – 1 day/week in office)

Salary: Up to £60,000 base salary

Overview:

We're hiring on behalf of a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS business helping some of the world’s best-known brands transform their digital content and commerce experiences. With recent expansion and ongoing momentum, they're now looking for a Sales Operations Manager to bring structure, insight, and efficiency to their GTM engine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage reports and dashboards in Salesforce and other tools to support GTM performance visibility
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to improve forecasting and pipeline accuracy
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance productivity
  • Manage and optimise the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, Hubspot, and related platforms
  • Support annual planning, territory design, and quota setting with data and insight
  • Drive operational excellence and act as a trusted advisor to commercial leadership

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role within B2B SaaS
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (admin-level knowledge is a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience supporting sales teams and leadership with data and insight
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
