Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced marketing leader to develop and lead our marketing strategy and activation for the Consumer Cluster. This senior role involves working closely with our Senior Partners and Consulting leaders to deliver innovative marketing initiatives that drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building strong internal and external relationships and delivering impactful marketing in B2B professional services, especially where high-value sales and complex propositions are involved.

Your Role as Senior Marketing Manager - Consumer
Responsibilities
  1. Translate growth strategies, engagement themes, and priorities into compelling marketing strategies that stimulate demand and support our client offerings.
  2. Lead and inspire the marketing team to develop and activate world-class marketing strategies for the Consumer Cluster.
  3. Design and implement communication strategies for large engagement programs and strategic partnerships that support our growth objectives.
  4. Manage marketing investments to ensure objectives are met and deliver a strong return on investment.
  5. Act as a marketing advocate within the organization, advising leadership and presenting to stakeholders regularly.
Requirements
  1. Degree preferred; CIM marketing qualification considered.
  2. Extensive marketing leadership experience in B2B professional services, focusing on high-value sales and complex propositions.
  3. Proven ability to manage teams and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  4. Experience in event management, particularly in designing experiences that foster C-suite relationships.
  5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for senior audiences.
  6. Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to work effectively with design agencies.
  7. Ability to build relationships with senior leadership, inspire confidence, and challenge existing ways of working.
  8. Strategic, innovative, and continuous improvement mindset.
  9. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
