Reporting directly to the CEO, as Head of Growth Marketing, you will set and deliver Beauty Bay’s digital growth marketing strategy. You will drive this through Customer Acquisition, Retention, and Performance Optimization across all channels including Paid Search, SEO, Affiliates, and Paid Social.
You will be skilled at leveraging AI and automation to improve marketing performance, carefully balancing data, insights, and budget to ensure performance media investment delivers results.
As ‘Head Of’ for an agile, ambitious online retailer, you need to be hands-on, innovative, and well-versed in best practices, with a track record of leading a team to execute high-impact campaigns that lead to conversion and ROI.
