Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Marketing to lead our growth marketing strategy. This role will oversee outbound sales campaigns, inbound lead generation, and digital marketing efforts to drive sustainable business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executing impactful marketing campaigns, managing cross-functional teams, and scaling customer acquisition through innovative digital strategies. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to accelerate revenue growth and enhance customer engagement.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Outbound Sales Campaigns:
    • Develop and execute targeted outbound sales campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
    • Align messaging with sales, identify ideal customer profiles, and optimize lead nurturing.
    • Manage outbound initiatives including email campaigns, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and direct mail.
    • Analyze and refine campaign performance to improve ROI.
  2. Inbound Lead Generation:
    • Lead inbound efforts through content marketing, SEO, paid media, webinars, events, and partnerships.
    • Develop multi-channel strategies to attract and convert leads.
    • Oversee creation of landing pages, blogs, and resources to increase organic traffic and engagement.
    • Ensure effective lead capture, scoring, and nurturing aligned with sales pipelines.
  3. Digital Marketing Oversight:
    • Lead digital marketing across channels like PPC, social media, email, and display ads.
    • Collaborate with digital teams and agencies to optimize campaigns.
    • Implement data-driven strategies to increase brand awareness and conversions.
    • Monitor KPIs such as CAC, LTV, CTR, and ROAS.
  4. Brand Direction:
    • Oversee messaging across advertising, social media, website, PR, and customer materials.
    • Partner with product teams to ensure brand alignment.
    • Work with sales and customer service to maintain a cohesive brand experience.
  5. Cross-Functional Leadership:
    • Align marketing and sales efforts to meet revenue goals.
    • Collaborate with product and customer success teams to understand customer needs and drive retention.
    • Lead go-to-market strategies for new products and promotions.
    • Stay informed on industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  6. Analytics & Reporting:
    • Manage performance metrics and report on growth targets.
    • Use analytics tools to track and optimize campaign performance.
    • Create dashboards for customer acquisition, revenue, and channel performance.
  7. Budget Management & Strategy:
    • Develop and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
    • Prioritize marketing investments based on ROI and growth impact.
    • Manage third-party agencies and partners for campaign execution within budget.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 7+ years in growth marketing, with at least 3 years in leadership managing campaigns and digital marketing.
  • Proven success in scaling customer acquisition and growth in B2B or B2C.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead scoring, and marketing automation integration.
  • Expertise in digital channels such as SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.), A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
