£32,000 - £38,000 (depending on experience)

Are you a HR Advisor specialising in Employee Relations looking to join an innovative and rapidly growing organisation in Nottinghamshire?

Our organisation is a market leader with impressive financial results projected for 2024, and they are seeking a HR Advisor to support the Business Partnering team with employee relations casework.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Be the go-to person for all employee relation queries from employees across the business.
  2. Support, coach, and upskill Managers, fostering a positive approach to employee relations matters.
  3. Provide operational support and advice on disciplinary, grievance, and appeal procedures.
  4. Support redundancy consultation processes and TUPE when necessary.
  5. Take a proactive approach to absence management; assist with identifying and resolving problematic cases and long-term sickness issues.
  6. Use HR Metrics to monitor KPIs and trends, working with the wider HR team on effective resolutions.
  7. Assist the wider HR team in supporting organisational change and help create new structures and processes where required.
