Job Description:

Overview: Gopuff is looking for a Senior Operations Associate to join the Operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, this role is vital to ensure high operational standards at our MFCs for timely and accurate delivery to customers. We aim to assemble a team of innovative, driven individuals eager to reshape retail, and a love for snacks is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Leading: Manage and motivate the warehouse team, train new staff, and ensure adherence to processes.
2. Picking and packing: Accurately prepare orders for dispatch.
3. Delivery Partners: Oversee delivery operations for a seamless experience.
4. Issue resolution: Communicate with customers regarding substitutions or stock issues.
5. Goods Inbound: Receive and verify products from vendors, resolve discrepancies.
6. Stock management: Organize inventory, conduct cycle counts, and manage waste and partnerships like TooGoodToGo.
7. Warehouse management: Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.
8. Health and Safety: Support onsite health and safety protocols and testing.

About You:

• Experience in restaurant, retail, or warehouse environments.
• Proficiency with basic web-based software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, responsibility, and honesty.
• Effective communication skills.
• Organized, team-oriented, positive, and helpful attitude.
