What You'll Be Doing:
  • Managing and nurturing a portfolio of key customer accounts to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Handling the full customer journey including calls, emails, quotes, CRM updates, order management, and post-sale support.
  • Analyzing account data to identify whitespace opportunities and increase profitability.
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, and Marketing to meet customer needs.
  • Scheduling account reviews and maintaining up-to-date records of all client interactions and changes.
  • Delivering memorable service experiences and continuously seeking improvement areas.
What You'll Bring:
  • B2B or B2C experience in account management, client services, or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Confidence in communication via phone and video calls.
  • Strong commercial awareness and data interpretation skills to identify opportunities.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with a proactive, professional approach.
  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
