Responsibilities will include:

• Managing the operational delivery of a large security team
• Providing first-class leadership to the security team across your shift
• Conducting and monitoring staff appraisals and encouraging further development
• Staff training and development, including regular emergency preparedness training
• Incident management and response
• Undertaking team briefings
• Assisting with the strategic planning of the security function
• Overseeing the creation and implementation of SOPs and assignment instructions
• Management of the security service providers
• Liaison with police and emergency services
