• Provide daily supervision, guidance, and support to Tour Coordinators, including remote team members.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of educational tours with accurate itineraries and documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales Support to ensure smooth handover from booking to tour delivery.
• Build strong relationships with Party Leaders, suppliers and internal teams.
• Monitor upcoming tours and address potential issues or last-minute changes.
• Identify improvements to processes and workflows across Tour Coordination and related teams.
• Provide operational support for educational FAM trips and programme activities.
• Support onboarding and training of new Tour Coordinators.
• Guide and develop the Coordination team, managing workloads and priorities.
