Succeed Recruitment Solutions Limited in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Tour Operations Manager to lead the operations function for a fast-growing specialist travel business. You will own the day-to-day delivery of tours, ensuring departures are prepared, accurately documented and delivered to high standards.

You will manage the team, coordinate suppliers and logistics, and work with the Head of Product & Operations to refine processes as the business grows.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in travel operations management or similar role.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage departures.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day Operations ensuring workloads and deadlines are met.
• Own end-to-end prep and distribution of final travel documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for each departure.
• Develop and coach the Operations team to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify operational risks and escalate when needed.
