Job summary

Converge is seeking a proactive Leasing and 1:1 Specialist to join our Schools team in Stafford. This role focuses on building relationships with primary to independent schools, delivering 1:1 device programmes, and working with leasing partners to grow the education business.

You will coordinate meetings, qualify requirements, and maintain CRM records while collaborating with OEM partners such as Microsoft, Lenovo, HP, Acer, and Asus to maximise opportunities.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths are required.
• Proven cold-calling and new business generation experience.
• Willingness to travel with a full UK driving licence.
• Experience planning and coordinating customer meetings.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage prospective customers in the education sector.
• Promote Converge's leasing and 1:1 technology solutions to schools and trusts.
• Collaborate with leasing partners to develop and close new 1:1 opportunities.
• Coordinate meetings and arrange stock for 1:1 programmes.
• Maintain CRM records and produce management reports.
• Support promotion and development of 1:1 schemes with the Marketing team.
• Handle enquiries professionally and escalate where necessary.
