Prospero Teaching is seeking a Candidate Manager / Resourcer to join our Newcastle team, helping place tutors and education professionals to support vulnerable children. You will attract, source and manage a network of candidates, working closely with Account Managers to fulfil vacancies with high-quality placements.

• Match candidates to client requirements.
• Oversee candidate compliance and onboarding processes.
• Develop relationships with candidates throughout their journey.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to fill vacancies.
• Support tutors during placements to ensure a positive experience.
