Job summary

Prospero Teaching in Newcastle is seeking a Recruitment Account Manager to join the Children's Education Services (CES) team. You will build and manage relationships with schools and authorities, sourcing and placing 1:1 tutors and intervention specialists to support students.

• Manage and grow relationships with schools, local authorities and education providers.
• Source, interview and place high-quality 1:1 tutors and intervention specialists.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent.
• Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
• Drive client retention and encourage repeat business.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders across the business.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy qualification through to placement.
