Prospero Teaching's Newcastle team is seeking a Candidate Manager / Resourcer to attract, source and manage a network of tutors and education professionals delivering specialist support to children. You'll work with Account Management to ensure the right candidates meet client requirements, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, and help build a strong talent pool.

About the Role

As a Candidate Manager / Resourcer, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing and managing a network of tutors and education professionals who deliver specialist support to children and young people.

Working closely with the Account Management team, you'll ensure we have the right candidates available to meet client requirements while providing an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
