Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a motivated Resourcer to join our growing education recruitment team in the UK. You will focus on identifying, attracting and engaging qualified teachers and support staff, building talent pools, and supporting Recruitment Consultants to access the strongest educators.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting candidate interviews and briefings.
• Ability to source candidates via job boards, social media and CV databases.
• Strong IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone interviews to assess suitability for teaching and support roles.
• Write and post engaging adverts across multiple platforms.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, CV databases and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates for high engagement and retention.
• Coordinate candidate journey with consultants from application to compliance and placement.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the database.
