Job summary

Prospero Teaching in Newcastle is seeking a Recruitment Account Manager to join our Children’s Education Services (CES) team. You will manage relationships with schools and education providers, sourcing and placing 1:1 tutors and intervention specialists, and building a strong talent pipeline.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting vulnerable children while delivering excellent client service, clear career progression, and ongoing training within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with schools, local authorities and education providers.
• Source, interview and place high-quality 1:1 tutors and intervention specialists.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent.
• Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
• Drive client retention and encourage repeat business.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders across the business.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy qualification through to placement.
