Job summary

TP Tutors, the SEND & Inclusion division of Supporting Education Group, is recruiting a fixed-term 12-month maternity cover for a Tuition Consultant. You will connect local authorities, schools, and tutors to shape tuition programmes and improve outcomes for children and young people.

Prior experience is not required; enthusiasm to learn and strong communication skills matter. You will join a small team that meets monthly in Northampton and contribute to safeguarding and high-quality education

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in education.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify talent and align tutors with programmes.
• Willingness to collaborate with recruiters and clients.

Responsibilities

• Match new candidates and transition them to tutors.
• Liaise with clients to structure tuition programmes.
• Market and sell tuition services within a geographic area.
• Ensure operations align with policies, standards and values.
• Maintain safeguarding and child protection requirements.
