TP Tutors, the SEND & Inclusion Division of Supporting Education Group, seeks a motivated Tuition Consultant to connect local authority services, schools and tutors, enhancing the tutoring experience for children and young people. Prior experience is not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn matter most.

You will join a collaborative team in the North of England, with clear progression and strong support.

Qualifications

• Motivated to learn and grow in education services.
• Ability to identify talent and align with tuition programmes.
• Strong communication skills across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Matching new candidates and transitioning them to tutors.
• Liaising with clients to tailor tuition programmes.
• Markets and sells tuition services to new clients in a region.
• Ensure business activities follow company policies and safeguarding policies.
• Uphold safeguarding and child protection standards in line with guidance.
