Job summary

TP Tutors, the SEND & Inclusion division of Supporting Education Group, is recruiting a fixed-term 12-month maternity cover for a Tuition Consultant. You will connect local authorities, schools, and tutors to shape tuition programmes and improve outcomes for children and young people.

Prior experience is not required; enthusiasm to learn and strong communication skills matter. You will join a small team that meets monthly in Northampton and contribute to safeguarding and high-quality education

TP Tutors - The SEND & Inclusion Division of the Supporting Education Group

We are a team of 5 working across our Central regions and getting together once a month in our Northampton office. As a Tuition Consultant at TP Tutors, you play a pivotal role in connecting local authority services, educational institutions, and tutors to enhance the tuition experience for all children and young people.

Prior experience in this field is not a prerequisite; what matters most is your enthusiasm and eagerness to learn. You will become part of a dynamic team, collaborating with seasoned recruiters while having ample opportunities for career advancement, with our unwavering support every step of the way.

If you decide to take on this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Matching new candidates and transition existing candidates to work as tutors.
• Liaising with our clients to structure tuition programmes in line with their requirements.
• Markets and sells tuition services to relevant new and using clients in an allocated geographical area
• Ensuring all areas of the business are carried out in line with company policies, procedures, quality standards and values.
• Ensuring that the highest levels of safeguarding and child and vulnerable adult protection are always maintained in line with our Child and Vulnerable Adult Protection Policy and also in line with Keeping children safe in education national guidelines.
