Responsibilities

• Match new candidates and transition existing candidates to tutors.
• Liaise with clients to structure tuition programmes.
• Market and sell tuition services to new and existing clients in the area.
• Ensure all areas of the business follow company policies, procedures, quality standards and values.
• Maintain safeguarding and child and vulnerable adult protection in line with policy and Keeping Children Safe in Education guidelines.

• Matchingnew candidates and transition existing candidates to work as tutors.


• Liaisingwith our clientsto structure tuition programmes in line with their requirements.


• Markets and sells tuition services to relevant new and usingclientsinan allocatedgeographical area


• Ensuringall areas of the business are carried out in line withcompany policies, procedures, qualitystandardsand values.


• Ensuringthat the highest levels of safeguarding and child and vulnerable adult protection are alwaysmaintainedin line with our Child and Vulnerable Adult Protection Policyand alsoin line with Keeping children safe in education national guidelines.

About you

• Are driven by a passion for the transformative power of education and tuition and mentoring, regardless of your prior experience in the field.


• Do you posses a strong ability to identifytalent and effectively align individuals with suitable tuition programmes.
