- Matchingnew candidates and transition existing candidates to work as tutors.
- Liaisingwith our clientsto structure tuition programmes in line with their requirements.
- Markets and sells tuition services to relevant new and usingclientsinan allocatedgeographical area
- Ensuringall areas of the business are carried out in line withcompany policies, procedures, qualitystandardsand values.
- Ensuringthat the highest levels of safeguarding and child and vulnerable adult protection are alwaysmaintainedin line with our Child and Vulnerable Adult Protection Policyand alsoin line with Keeping children safe in education national guidelines.
About you
- Are driven by a passion for the transformative power of education and tuition and mentoring, regardless of your prior experience in the field.
- Do you posses a strong ability to identifytalent and effectively align individuals with suitable tuition programmes.
- Do you enjoy engaging with others and excel in both verbal and written communication.
- Are you able to adopt a project management approach and can logically navigate through various stages of tasks, plan, execute, and follow up.
- Do you exhibit curiosity and a desire to listen, gaining insights into people's backgrounds, needs, and goals.
- Do you thrive in collaborative environments while alsodemonstratingindependence and initiative.
