Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking caring Education Support Workers to join a specialist school in Bath, supporting pupils with additional needs to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

You will work with pupils in lessons and around the school, build positive relationships, encourage independence, help manage emotions, and support social, emotional and behavioural development, collaborating with teachers and therapists.

Qualifications

  • Patient, caring and enjoys working with young people.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in education, youth work, care, sports coaching, mental health support, or community services.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
