Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd in Bath is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across a range of schools with flexible full-time or part-time hours.

You will support pupils 1:1 and in small groups, assist teachers, help create a positive learning environment and support learners with additional needs.

We welcome graduates, support workers and those re-entering education, with ongoing support from an education consultant.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils in classrooms is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Patience, empathy and resilience are important for helping learners.
