Qualifications

• Experience in a school setting is beneficial but not essential.
• Passionate about education and helping children reach their potential.
• Able to support pupils during lessons and with tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils during lessons to help them engage with learning.
• Work one-to-one or with small groups to provide additional support.
• Assist teachers with classroom preparation and daily learning activities.
• Encourage positive behaviour and promote an inclusive learning environment.
• Help pupils build confidence, independence, and achieve their individual goals.
