S Knights Recruitment in Lancaster offers a Client Relationship Executive role with hybrid working, 35 hours weekly. Salary £25,000–£30,000 per annum; full-time permanent. Office-based Mon-Thu, with home-working on Fridays; flexible options considered.

You will grow key accounts and drive revenue across qualifications, assessment and digital learning solutions. Ideal candidates bring relationship-building and sales experience, CRM familiarity, and a proactive, target-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in client relationship, sales, account management or business development.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Consultative, customer-focused approach to sales.
• Experience managing CRM systems and customer information.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and supporting retention and revenue growth.
• Building strong relationships with education providers, training organisations and employers.
• Identifying upselling, cross-selling and new business opportunities.
• Maintaining an active sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
• Managing customer enquiries and ensuring a high standard of service.
• Promoting qualifications, assessment services and digital learning products.
• Monitoring account activity and identifying opportunities for further growth.
• Attending customer meetings and sector events; supporting forecasting.
