S Knights Recruitment is recruiting a Commercial Executive in Lancaster. This hybrid role combines office work with some home working, offering a clear path to grow revenue across qualifications, assessment and digital learning solutions.

You will manage customer accounts, build relationships with education providers and identify upsell opportunities while supporting forecasting and delivering excellent customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development or Commercial Support.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• A consultative, customer-focused approach to sales.
• Experience managing CRM systems and customer information.
• Confidence identifying opportunities to grow and develop customer accounts.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, commercially aware and target-driven mindset.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Aufgaben

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and support retention and revenue growth.
• Build strong relationships with education providers, training organisations and employers.
• Identify upselling, cross-selling and new business opportunities.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
• Manage customer enquiries and deliver high-quality service.
• Promote qualifications, assessment services, apprenticeship solutions and digital learning products.
• Monitor account activity and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Support commercial forecasting and wider sales activity.
• Attend customer meetings and sector events.
• Work towards agreed commercial, KPI and service targets.
