S Knights Recruitment are recruiting for a Commercial Executive in Lancaster. The role focuses on building customer relationships, managing accounts and identifying opportunities to grow revenue across qualifications and digital learning solutions.

You will work with education providers, employers and training organisations, managing a pipeline, delivering an excellent customer experience and contributing to commercial growth in a hybrid, 35-hour week role.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success or Business Development.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• CRM experience and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Manage and develop a portfolio of customer accounts.
• Retain, grow and maximise revenue across the organisation's portfolio.
• Build relationships with education providers, training organisations and employers.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell and new business opportunities.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Handle customer enquiries and ensure high service standards.
• Promote qualifications, assessment services, apprenticeships and digital learning.
• Support commercial forecasting and sales activity.
• Attend customer meetings and sector events.
