Job summary

Hertfordshire County Council's Educational Support for Medical Absence (ESMA) Teaching Service in Stevenage is seeking a Reintegration Officer. You will coordinate educational support and plan reintegration for pupils returning after medical absence, working with schools, health professionals and families.

The post requires strong organisational and communication skills, safeguarding knowledge and the ability to lead multi-professional meetings.
