Job summary

Cambridgeshire County Council is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Teacher to lead and coordinate the cases of children with complex needs and challenging behaviours, ensuring accessible education for all.

You will manage inclusion practitioners, deploy resources, and work with schools, families, and partner services to raise attendance, engagement, and wellbeing across county settings. Travel across the county is required.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with SEND experience and CPD track record.
• Experience managing inclusion practitioners and coordinating cross-team work.
• Ability to deliver training and advice to schools/settings under challenging circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Line manage inclusion practitioners and deploy resources for a diverse caseload.
• Develop resources and training; work with senior leaders and wider county team.
• Promote links with schools, families, partner services and the voluntary sector.
