IRIS Software Group is seeking a Client Pension Team Lead to head a Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) administration team within our Managed Services division. You will lead, mentor and develop pension professionals, ensuring high service levels, accuracy and timely processing for diverse clients, while aligning with pension legislation and client expectations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' pension administration experience ideally within an Education environment.
• Strong knowledge of pension legislation and LGPS advantageous.
• Experience leading, coaching or mentoring colleagues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and planning capability.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop a team of pension administration professionals.
• Manage departmental KPIs, productivity measures and service level agreements.
• Schedule and allocate workloads to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Monitor quality standards and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Act as the first point of escalation for client concerns and operational issues.
• Produce management reporting and operational performance insights.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and development of new team members.
• Ensure accurate and timely pension administration processing.
• Maintain strong understanding of pension legislation and industry developments.
• Support LGPS end-year activities and client service meetings.
