Job summary

Outcomes First Group is recruiting an Occupational Therapist to join the Manor House School clinical team in West Sussex, delivering bespoke OT assessment and intervention for pupils with diverse needs. You will work alongside education staff within an education setting and follow the OFG Ways of Working.

You will hold a dedicated caseload, supported by a clinical supervisor, and contribute to staff training while helping pupils gain independence and improve outcomes in a nurturing

Qualifications

• Recognised Occupational Therapy degree.
• Valid HCPC Registration.
• Registered member of RCOT.
• Relevant experience in providing OT in a similar setting preferred.
• Experience with neurodivergent pupils or SEMH/learning difficulties in education.
• Clear and concise report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention to pupils.
• Hold an OT caseload with clinical supervision.
• Contribute to staff training and consultation as required.
• Collaborate with education teams to support pupil independence.
• Maintain high safeguarding standards and pupil-centred approaches.
