Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the Mountfield Heath School clinical team. You will deliver bespoke OT assessment and intervention to pupils, working with education colleagues to foster independence.

You will manage an OT caseload with supervision and contribute to staff training while supporting pupils with SEMH needs and neurodivergence. A £2000 CPD allowance is provided upon probation completion.

Qualifications

• Recognised Occupational Therapy degree and HCPC registration are essential.
• RCOT membership is required.
• Experience providing OT services in similar educational settings is preferred.
• Experience with neurodivergent learners and SEMH needs with transferable skills.
• Strong knowledge of OT theory and practical application to support independence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention to pupils.
• Hold an Occupational Therapy caseload with clinical supervision support.
• Contribute to staff training and consultation as required.
• Collaborate with education teams to enhance pupil outcomes.
