Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the team at Hillingdon Manor School in Middlesex. You will deliver bespoke OT assessments and interventions to pupils, including those with neurodivergence or SEMH needs, within an education setting and in collaboration with the education team.

You will manage a caseload with support from a clinical supervisor and Lead Clinician, contribute to staff training, and ensure adherence to the OFG Ways of Working.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Occupational Therapy required.
• HCPC Registration valid and up to date.
• Registered member of RCOT or eligible for registration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention to pupils.
• Hold an OT caseload with clinical supervision.
• Collaborate with education teams and multi-professional colleagues.
• Contribute to staff training and supervision as required.
