Job summary

WeDoData is a specialist recruitment company working with a training provider in Cambridgeshire to recruit an Applications Support Analyst for their busy MIS and systems team. The role covers systems support, user access, troubleshooting and software testing, with responsibility for managing user accounts and permissions and testing upgrades before they go live.

Experience with PICS, ProSuite, OneFile, OneGrade or ProEngage is useful, and prior experience in Further or Higher Education is

Qualifications

• Experience with systems such as PICS, ProSuite, OneFile, OneGrade or ProEngage would be useful, as would previous experience in Further or Higher Education, but neither is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems support and user access management.
• Troubleshoot issues and investigate system faults.
• Test upgrades and coordinate with software suppliers.
• Explain technical issues in clear, plain English to users.
