Job summary

SENse Learning is seeking Education Mentors to provide one-to-one mentoring and learning support in homes and community settings across the UK. The role focuses on empowering SEND learners, developing life skills and emotional regulation, and delivering holistic support beyond academics.

This self-employed position offers flexible hours, in-person, hybrid, and community-based opportunities, and a chance to contribute to an inclusive education mission with ongoing interviews and rolling hiring.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience working with children or young people with complex additional needs.
• UK-based with right to work in the UK and Enhanced DBS.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and trauma-informed approaches.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with children and young people in homes and community.
• Provide one-to-one mentoring and life skills development.
• Support emotional regulation and resilience alongside education.
