The GORSE Academies Trust is seeking a skilled IT Technician for a fixed-term contract of six months at one of our secondary academies in Leeds. The role involves remote and onsite customer support, ensuring IT services are safe, secure and robust, and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders.

Applicants should have GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above, a Level 3 qualification (or willingness to work towards), and the ability to manage competing priorities within tight

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite IT support to customers.
• Ensure IT services are safe, secure and robust.
• Maintain flexible, friendly working relationships with stakeholders.
• Join and work within the IT Service Hub at a secondary academy.
