Job summary

The Gorse Academies Trust is seeking a skilled IT Technician to provide remote and onsite support to customers, ideally within an educational setting. You will help ensure IT services are safe, secure, and robust while building flexible, friendly working relationships with stakeholders.

The role is based at one of our secondary academies as part of an established IT Service Hub. Applicants should have GCSE Grade C/4 in English and Maths and a Level 3 qualification, or be working towards one,

The successful candidate will have a proven track record ofproviding remote and onsite support to customers, ideally within an educationsetting. They will be committed to ensuring that IT Services are safe, secure,and robust, whilst maintaining flexible, friendly and strong workingrelationships with all stakeholders. The successful candidate will join anestablished IT Service Hub, based at one of our Secondary academies.
