Job summary

Reach South Academy Trust is seeking an IT Services Technician based in Wiltshire/Gloucestershire. The role covers school-based on-site IT support with regular travel to other schools within the area.

Salary ranges from £26,824 to £29,540, with permanent, full-time hours (37.5 per week). The role involves helping staff with IT hardware/software and maintaining assets, while supporting trust-wide IT initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support within Education, corporate or non-profit sectors.
• Strong focus on customer service and problem resolution.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete tasks via the IT helpdesk.
• Maintain and manage IT hardware, software and processes.
• Respond to IT helpdesk tickets following best practice guidance.
• Keep IT asset management up to date with changes.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and runbooks.
• Provide staff with day-to-day IT support and guidance.
