Surf Tech IT Ltd is a fast-growing MSP delivering IT support and VoIP solutions to UK businesses, with a focus on education clients. We are seeking a motivated IT professional to join our Service Desk and help support schools, MATs, and education teams.

You will provide remote and phone-based assistance, troubleshoot Windows, Office 365, and network issues, and contribute to knowledge base articles. Eligible to work in the UK required.

Formación

• 2+ years of IT support in a Service Desk/Helpdesk.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite including Entra ID, SharePoint, Intune.
• Experience administering Active Directory.
• Experience supporting Windows Desktop and Server OS.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and Wi-Fi.
• Experience with ticketing or service management platforms.
• Experience supporting education sector customers (schools/MATs).
• Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote and telephone-based technical support to customers.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across customer environments.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation.
• Ensure incidents, requests, and changes are recorded and resolved.
• Deliver high standard of service, maintaining excellent customer satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and contribute to continuous service improvement.
