Job summary

Transforming Learning Group Ltd is seeking an organised Internal Account Manager to join the Procurement team. You will manage the full lifecycle of internal sales and procurement from quotation requests through to ordering, renewals and after-sales support.

You will build relationships with schools, consultants and suppliers, ensure accurate quotations, timely updates and excellent service throughout the purchasing journey, while handling warranty renewals and supplier inquiries.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, account management, purchasing, or customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of ICT products, services and licensing.
• Experience in IT channel or technology sector.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
• Experience with CRM and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales process for designated regions, from quotation to order fulfilment.
• Produce accurate, competitive quotations within service levels.
• Build strong relationships with schools, consultants, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Convert quotations into sales orders and issue contractual documentation.
• Place and manage orders for hardware, software, licensing and project equipment.
• Coordinate with project teams to align with installation schedules.
• Manage software, licensing, warranty renewals.
• Handle customer and consultant enquiries as first point of contact.
• Obtain pricing, product information and lead times from suppliers.
• Support warranty claims, invoice queries and supplier certification requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and finance systems.
