Job summary

Transforming Learning Group is seeking a Junior ICT Consultant to support one of our schools in Dulwich. The role focuses on maintaining IT hardware and services, enabling effective teaching through ICT solutions, and acting as the bridge between the school and Turn IT On to keep services aligned.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years’ ICT technician/2nd line experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset. The role is full-time with DBS checks and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in ICT Technician or 2nd line support, preferably in education.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with ability to explain technical issues clearly.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Resolve and manage technical issues impacting school operations with robust solutions.
• Install or repair computers with standardised software and networking tools, diagnosing problems.
• Provide desktop and network support across school sites, including devices and AV equipment.
