Job summary

Transforming Learning Group Ltd, via Turn IT on, is seeking a Junior ICT Consultant with a real flair for technology and a passion for delivering exemplary service to our customers. You will join a team supporting one of our schools in Aylesbury.

You will maintain IT hardware and services across school sites and help raise ICT standards to enable effective teaching and learning. You will communicate with the school, manage customer accounts, and install software while providing user support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years ICT technician/2nd line support experience, preferably in education.
• Strong technical background with IT passion and customer service mindset.
• Ability to explain technical issues in layman’s terms and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Resolve and manage technical issues impacting school operations.
• Install or repair computers and networking software; diagnose and solve problems.
• Support desktops, iPads, printers, phones, scanners, projectors, PA equipment and AV lecterns.
