• Deliver high standard of customer service to staff and students across the Trust.
• Provide technical support and assistance across a designated cluster of academies.
• Support and develop ITIL-based helpdesk service, ensuring timely resolution of support requests.
• Maintain and troubleshoot a wide range of hardware, software and network solutions across diverse educational environments.
• Contribute to the delivery of ICT projects and technology initiatives across the Trust.
