Job summary

The Trust is seeking an IT Technician to provide hands-on support across all Trust schools and central services. You will work with the IT Services team to ensure reliable, secure technology that enables teaching, safeguarding, and smooth business operations.

Responsibilities include delivering responsive IT support, maintaining infrastructure, and aiding with digital projects in line with DfE standards. Flexible across locations within the Trust.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support across multiple sites and users.
• Maintaining secure and reliable IT services.
• Experience with network, server, and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• IT Support & Service Delivery: provide responsive technical support remotely, by phone, and in person.
• Infrastructure & Systems: maintain core technology infrastructure, including network, wireless, cloud, server, and hybrid environments.
• Cyber Security & Compliance: support security, backups, patching, and Data protection standards.
• Projects & DfE Standards: assist with digital transformation initiatives and system migrations.
