Job summary

Education Experiences (AEX) is seeking a Software Development Engineer to build education-focused product experiences that support teaching and learning across the company platforms. You’ll work across the stack, including backend services, integrations, automation, experimentation, and user-facing features.

This role suits engineers who own customer-facing products from concept to launch and collaborate across disciplines to deliver meaningful user experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with full-stack workflows and front-end (JavaScript, React/Next.js).
• Ability to integrate with CI/CD pipelines and maintain testable code.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product teams, designers, researchers, ML engineers.

Responsibilities

• Write production-quality code and connect systems across the stack.
• Move ideas from exploration through implementation, launch, and iteration.
• Develop backend services, integrations, and product infrastructure for education features.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, researchers, ML engineers, and platform teams.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, Docker deployments, and observability practices.
