Job summary

the company is seeking a Senior Developer Experience Engineer to accelerate software development by building tools, services and paved roads for engineers. You will own parts of the development lifecycle, from creating new services to testing, deployment, observability and production operation.

You will join an established Platform team, collaborating with engineers to reduce friction, deliver self‑service capabilities and measurable improvements in productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineer with production experience
• Experience improving software build, test, deploy or operate processes
• Ability to design maintainable systems and balance speed and quality
• Experience with CI/CD, containers and cloud infrastructure
• Good communication through code and docs

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal tools, services and APIs
• Improve workflows across coding, testing, deployment and production operations
• Create service templates and paved roads for secure, observable software
• Improve CI/CD speed and reliability
• Develop reusable platform capabilities for self-service use
• Help engineers adopt observability with sensible defaults
• Collaborate with engineers to identify friction and test ideas
• Contribute production-grade code, tests and docs
